We also pride ourselves on having a menu that is also dedicated to the Vegan community. At Woodstock Pizza Theater, we enjoy catering to the vegan/vegetarian community. Our chef has an entire menu that is dedicated to vegan/vegetarian dining. All items are made from scratch.

Block The Veto Vote
The “Veto Vote” concept came more from the angle of making sure there are vegan options at a steak house rather than making sure there are steaks at a veg joint . If a group of people are deciding on where to eat, one doesn’t want one’s restaurant to be axed/vetoed from the list because the vegan can’t eat anything. That Veto Vote person holds the power of where everyone is going to eat. (But of course it can go both ways...) Woodstock Pizza Theater has become known for just that. A place where vegans and non-vegans can sit at the same table and order what they want. While other restaurants offer vegan options such as simply putting bbq seitan on a pizza with non-dairy cheese, we offer a full vegan menu. We have seen some restaurants advertise that they have a "regular" menu and a vegan menu (does that mean that vegan is irregular?), so we have decided to refer to our menus simply as a vegan and a non-vegan menu.
Neapolitan pizza is a style of pizza originating in Campania, Italy.
We pride ourselves in using only the finest, freshest quality ingredients, irrespective of cost. Our light and airy dough is made from only the finest imported Italian GMO-free "00" milled flour, yeast, pure filtered mountain water and natural sea salt. We use exclusively, fresh-made "Fior di Latte" mozzarella, and specially-sourced certified DOP San Marzano tomatoes imported from Italy, which in our opinion are the closest thing to our fondest memories of what the best of summer's red, ripe, luscious, juicy, home-grown tomatoes taste like. Our pizzas are all topped off with certified DOP imported Parmigiano Reggiano and Pecorino Romano cheeses, premium first-pressed, extra virgin olive oil and then fired in our wood-burning brick oven, built for us by Stefano Ferarra, the world's preeminent master craftsman of brick oven pizza ovens, from Naples, Italy.
With a full bar, you can get wine by the glass or bottle, including an extensive organic wine section, craft draught beer or let one of our mixologists create one of our specialty cocktails for you!

It doesn't matter if it is the soup of the day, the appetizer of the day or the entree of the day, we are constantly adding more dishes for you to try, most of them vegan, some not. Check with us on Facebook and Instagram for new creations. Some only last for a day!
